How much does it cost?
Listing your web properties on BWP (buywebproperties.com) is completely free. All the selling process is managed by Escrow.com. All escrow fees are paid by the buyer. In the case of a successful sale greater than $5,000, we take an 8% brokerage commission and you will receive 92% of the price you agreed with the buyer. In the case of a successful sale less than $5,000, we charge the buyer a handling fee, and you will receive 100% of the listing price.
What are your duties?
- Your account must always be in good standing. If you drop or sell a name elsewhere you must immediately remove it from the platform.
- Your domains and websites must not be offensive in any way.
- You can’t list names containing frequently-used trademarks such as Twitter, Google and Facebook.
If you don’t abide by the terms of BWP, your account will be closed and you won’t be allowed to create a new one.
Please list only objectively valuable web properties. We double check your listings and if they do not meet our standards, they will be removed.
